One day last week when it was nice out, Carter helped Daddy mow the lawn. We thought it'd be cute to put him on Carl's lap and snap a couple of pictures, but Carter would NOT get off. So, off they rode. Carter mowed the WHOLE lawn with Carl (and our yard is pretty big!)
Of course, by the end, this is what Carter looked like. The purr of the engine put him right to sleep. Isn't that funny?
A fun and dangerous trick Carter loves to perform is standing and bouncing on top of his Fisher-Price garage. He climbs on and off of this thing at least 5 or 6 times a night. Yes, he's wiped out a few times, but that doesn't seem to stop him. He's a daredevil!
We got to visit with Aunt Barbie and Uncle Larry for about 75 minutes last week. It was fun to catch up, check out their new camper, hear some of their adventure stories and show off our house. Carter warmed right up to Larry and immediately wanted to share his beer with him (as you can see in the photo below.) Carter has a fixation with aluminum cans and he just couldn't keep his hand off...
We also went for a walk on one of the nice nights. The highlights for Carter included seeing all the dogs that were out walking and throwing his toys out of the wagon and watching Mommy and Daddy pick them up and put them back in!
In this shot, he's checking out the cooler (under his seat). He likes to put toys and stuff in it to save them for later.
